Elizabeth suggests that the only way we can be truly grounded, strong, and at peace with ourselves, when life is often chaotic, is through connecting to our authentic self or soul through some form of meditation.
Elizabeth believes that the more we focus on the things we have, rather than the things we don’t have, then the more things come our way to be thankful for.
This is Elizabeth’s first painting which forms the front cover of Free and First – Unlocking Your Ultimate Life. It is signed in Elizabeth’s spiritual name, Sri Vidhya. The lotus flower is an analogy for the human condition of suffering in the material world. Poem of the same name is included in Elizabeth’s book.
Koolewong is an Aboriginal word for koala. Elizabeth was blessed to spend some time with these beautiful creatures, in the hinterland of Byron Bay, after the devastation of the Australian bushfires.
Signed in Elizabeth’s spiritual name, Sri Vidhya. Elizabeth believes that to be responsive to change and free to fly you must give up everything that weighs you down. The pelican often empties its large pouch of fish to take to the skies effortlessly.
For Elizabeth the peacock symbolises finding your own voice, having the courage to sing your own song, and being able to listen intently to the songs of others without judgement.
True Essence denotes our soul or higher self. This joyous, loving, peaceful state is within each of us. Elizabeth used nautical colours to remind us that we are on average made up of 60 percent water.
This painting represents the freedom to embrace our Divine nature and to be free of restrictive programs and behaviours that may limit our growth and prevent us from being able to live without restraint, speaking our truth.
